Ben H. Akbulut is the principle of the Law Office of Ben H. Akbulut. He is a native of Long Island and has devoted his entire legal practice to the representation of individuals charged with violating the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, as well as local vehicle and traffic laws. Ben H. Akbulut completed his Undergraduate Degree in Political Science at SUNY Stony Brook. After attending New England Law School in Boston Massachusetts for one year, he entered a multi-year clerkship program in New York City to gain admission to the NYS Bar Association.
Upon admission, Ben worked for a law firm practicing in immigration and business related matters.
When starting his own office he became intimately familiar with the laws governing motor vehicles in New York State, on motor vehicle tickets, infractions, and violations as well as DWI/DUI defense.
Ben proudly was raised on Long Island and presently resides in the county of Nassau.
